 Luxottica believes that enterprise culture can and should be communicated and it uses its own success story for that very purpose.

Luxottica sees its encounter with young people coming onto the labor market as a unique opportunity. It understands that their choosing a profession and an organization in which to gain experience is an investment in the future, in the construction of personal identities and careers. Job Days organized in certain Italian universities are good ways of getting to know one another: not only the company but also the students can gauge affinities and eventual correspondence between Luxottica’s offers and candidates’ desires and aspirations.

Partnerships with business schools in Italy and elsewhere make Luxottica a cultural force capable of inspiring new business and management models. This ongoing process of communication and sharing of points of view is both highly stimulating, for all concerned, and also of fundamental importance for the development of learning programs within the organization.
