Recruiting Process

The selection process for young resources applying to join Luxottica involves an initial interview, either 1-to-1 or group, with human resources managers, and a second meeting with the manager of the function concerned to check that the candidate’s skills are in line with the organization’s requirements.

In the case of fresh graduates, the preferred channel of entry is the internship, which is normally for at least six months. Subsequently, if feed-back is positive regarding both personality and performance, the internship may be extended or turned into a fixed-term/indefinite-term contract.
