Our recruitment processes vary a bit across the business. What we do is review all applications and shortlist those who are best suited to the job. We’ll then chat to you over the phone as a first step to get to know you. After that we may organise an interview, phsychological testing or even an assessment centre. It’s about us getting to know you and giving you the opportunity to check us out and make sure this is the place for you.
The questions you will be asked in interviews will be specific to the position you have applied for. We use behavioural interviewing questions where you will be asked to provide examples of how you have demonstrated competencies in your previous roles that relate to the advertised position. Think about previous situations you’ve been in and what makes you great!
