Ivanhoe Lo Bello

Independent director elected in 2009 by the minority shareholders

Mr. Lo Bello received a degree in Law at the University of Catania, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 29, 2009 and was appointed by the minority shareholders. He is Chairman of Unicredit Leasing S.p.A. and was Chairman of Banco di Sicilia – Gruppo Unicredit from April 2008 until it became Unicredit in October 2010.

Between 2004 and 2008 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Siracusa branch of Bank of Italy.

Mr. Lo Bello is a member of the National Council of Confindustria and since September 2006 Chairman of Confidustria Sicilia. He is also Chairman of the Siracusa Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Directors and of the Board of the Union of Italian Chambers of Commerce, where he is head of the Culture Department.
