Barbara Tadolini

She was appointed Statutory Auditor of the Company on April 27, 2012.

She received  a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Genoa in 1985.

She is  admitted  to practice as  certified public accountant since 1986 and is enrolled in the register of accounting auditors since 1995.

She started her career with a tax firm based in Genoa associated with Arthur Andersen and then worked with a prominent tax boutique.

In 1991 she funded  her own “ Studio Tadolini” in Genoa where she ‘is currently working.

Barbara Tadolini has been a member of the board of directors of the Italian Register of Accounting Auditors as well as a member of the National Assembly of “Cassa di Previdenza dei Dottori Commercialisti”

She is the Chairwoman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Eco Eridania S.p.A., Porto di Arenzano S.p.A., Statutory Auditor of Burke & Novi S.r.l. and member of the Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of Fondiaria SAI S.p.A.
