The deadline to apply for a spot on one of two, one-week OneSight Friends and Family Clinics has been extended to Wednesday, Feb 18th. These one-week Clinics will be held in Panama June 21-28 and June 27-July 5
To qualify for the Clinic:
North American applicants must have attended three or more International Missions (now known as Global Clinics.) NOTE: Domestic Missions (now Regional Clinics) do not qualify.

European applicants must have attended at least two Global Clinics (International Missions) and be on the existing list of people selected for the 09 Clinics.

If you qualify and are interested in applying, please email Tami Wittenauer, twittena@onesight.org, (North America) or Emilia Sommariva Emilia.Sommariva@luxottica.com, for an application. Both you and your guest must complete applications by Wednesday, February 18.

Note: Employees who apply and are selected for the Friends and Family Clinic and have already been selected for an ’09 Clinic may only attend the Friends and Family Clinic. Once selected, each team of two will need to fundraise $2,000 to participate in the Clinic.
Teams will be announced in early March.
