Luxottica Group S.p.A. hereby provides notice of the new composition of the fully paid-up share capital as of December 15, 2011, which have been filed for registration in the Milan Company Register on December 15, 2011 following a share capital increase subscribed by employees pursuant to the share capital increases approved by the shareholders at meetings held on September 20, 2001 and June 14, 2006.
